Position : Medical Sales Executive (as of June 2020)

Department : Sales (Hospital Team)


Responsibilities:

• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts on the agreed market & product segment
• Drive business to achieve the territory sales target according to the budget given
• Maintain & develop existing and new customer database / accounts portfolio and up to date
• Organise CME as needed and KOL’s meeting. Developing good reputation with KOL and users
• Identify, qualify and follow up opportunities within territory in early sales cycle
• Attend internal & external training as part of self-development plan

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in business studies/ B.Sc in Biomedical, MLT/ Biochemistry
• Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in Medical Diagnostics field
• Sales Experience and Technical knowledge in blood banking is preferred
• Good communication & good customer relationship management skills
• Responsive, self-motivated, committed and sales driven
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation

Department : Admin


Responsibilities:

• To coordinate & execute administration requisition and documentation
• To assist superior in researching, finding & recommending cost reduction measure in all aspect of administration & operation transactions
• To manage communication with internal (colleagues) and external (customers, transporter)
• Preparation of Invoice, Delivery Order, Quotation and Tender
• Perform other ad-hoc job assigned by the management from time to time basis & behave as part of the contributors to the organization

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies
• Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in related field
• Working knowledge of e-Perolehan System will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Involve in IT project development based on .Net technology
• Implement and monitor current application which includes full software development lifecycles
• Liaise with user in handling technical issues and provide appropriate action on timely manner
• Lead the research and design activities as well as further development in exploring solution in building scalable and reliable software application
• Maintain and support project post implementation activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 -4 years working experience in software development
• Familiar with VB.Net, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, MS Visual Studio2013 and above
• Knowledge on android / IOS app development will be an added advantage
• Skillful in designing relational database and also managing database

Position : Software Application Support Specialist (Laboratory Information System) (as of June 2020)

Department : IT - Application


Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance & training to customers
• Provide onsite support & troubleshooting (investigating, validating & resolving reported issues)
• Assist in programming & technical team to collect information & requirement from end users and liaise between the internal teams and end users.
• Assist project deployment team in coordinating and implementation during project deployment
• Perform basic application testing to ensure quality software releases.
• Create end user documentation and instructions for software solutions and maintain/update as system changes dictate.
• Provide advice, training and technical support for various projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Medical Lab Technologist, biomedical or related science field
• Working experience in medical / pathology lab and familiar with Laboratory Information System operation will be added advantage.
• Good in problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills along with patience, customer-friendly attitude, and a team player
• Professional and neat appearance at all times and compliance to company's standards

Position : IT Engineer (as of June 2020)

Department : IT - Technical


Responsibilities:(Technical)

• Coordinate and provide post sales service
• Perform installation, commissioning, customer training etc. for new LIS implementation
• Remote and on-site troubleshooting and repair for existing implementation
• Conduct preventive maintenance on IT system including computer hardware, software (windows environment) and networking
• Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of internal ICT infrastructure and related equipment
• Research and development into latest available ICT technologies (software and hardware)

Responsibilities:(Application)

• Provide online and/or on-site software application support to end users
• Conduct software application training
• Participate in project roll-out planning, requirement gathering and project management
• Provide recommendations to improve overall operations and efficiencies of the application
• Generate / maintain appropriate technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Science related field
• With working experience in computer assembly, OS and software installation configuration maintenance, networking setup and configuration
• Possess own transport (car) and willing to travel to customer site throughout Malaysia
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Highly motivated, result oriented and work with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming and outgoing goods, packing, loading and unloading
• Ensure accurate inventory recording
• Maintain the warehouse in clean, neat, safe and organized manner
• Coordinate and assist in yearly stock take event
• Assist in other related duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least Higher Secondary (SPM) / Professional Certificate, etc.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in store/warehouse environment
