Position : Medical Sales Executive (as of January 2020)

Department : Sales (Hospital Team)


Responsibilities:

• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts on the agreed market & product segment
• Drive business to achieve the territory sales target according to the budget given
• Maintain & develop existing and new customer database / accounts portfolio and up to date
• Organise CME as needed and KOL’s meeting. Developing good reputation with KOL and users
• Identify, qualify and follow up opportunities within territory in early sales cycle
• Attend internal & external training as part of self-development plan

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in business studies/ B.Sc in Biomedical, MLT/ Biochemistry
• Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in Medical Diagnostics field
• Sales Experience and Technical knowledge in blood banking is preferred
• Good communication & good customer relationship management skills
• Responsive, self-motivated, committed and sales driven
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation

Position : Application Specialist (as of January 2020)

Department : Application


Responsibilities:

• Application support and user training of laboratory analyzers to customers
• Conduct application support to sales in pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales user training
• Conduct evaluation and correlation study

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in BioChemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology or related life sciences
• At least 1–2 years of working experience as Application Support Specialist, or in Medical Laboratory will have added advantage
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• Able to analyse and troubleshoot problems effectively
• Communicate well in English and possess effective presentation skills
• Possess own transport and must be willing to travel

Responsibilities:

• Involve in IT project development based on .Net technology
• Implement and monitor current application which includes full software development lifecycles
• Liaise with user in handling technical issues and provide appropriate action on timely manner
• Lead the research and design activities as well as further development in exploring solution in building scalable and reliable software application
• Maintain and support project post implementation activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 -4 years working experience in software development
• Familiar with VB.Net, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, MS Visual Studio2013 and above
• Knowledge on android / IOS app development will be an added advantage
• Skillful in designing relational database and also managing database

Department : Warehouse & Logistics


Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming and outgoing goods, packing, loading and unloading
• Ensure accurate inventory recording
• Maintain the warehouse in clean, neat, safe and organized manner
• Coordinate and assist in yearly stock take event
• Assist in other related duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least Higher Secondary (SPM) / Professional Certificate, etc.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in store/warehouse environment

Position : Service Engineer (Diagnostics & Medical Devices) (as of January 2020)

Department : Technical


Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients while training and installing diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.
• Provide on-site and telephone technical support to clients for inspection, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of diagnostic instruments within their territories.
• Maintain positive and professional communication within Technical Department, as well as Sales Team and Application Support Team to maintain excellent support to customers.
• Maintain daily communication and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

• Associate Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Electric/Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in healthcare field.
• Possess own car transport and willing to travel.
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and assignments.
• A team player with positive working attitude.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Position : Finance Executive (as of January 2020)

Department : Finance


Responsibilities:

• To handle overall accounts matters, including full set accounts, monthly management and financial year-end accounts and other relevant reports.
• To handle, analyse and assist in taxation and audit matters.
• To ensure timely submission of tax return and audited accounts.
• Check and carry out accounts payable and credit policies, processes and internal controls to ensure governance over the accounts payable function.
• Process monthly staff claims and make claim payment within timeline.
• Assist in the implementation of accounting processes and strong internal controls to ensure governance over accounting and reporting activities

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
• Good working knowledge and application of accounting standards, principles and practices
• Proven hands-on experience in OBM accounting software is an added advantage
• Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all level of people
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Finance and Accounting
